Here you can see items waiting for approve of actual user, grouped by folders.
To approve, send or reject, select item and use the popup menu.
First level of the menu shows available operations (approve, reject, send), then it shows the available approving levels. After selecting a level, you can choose user or group. If you select a group, there is a fourth level, where you can select a user from that group.
